A historical and agricultural heritage
Balagne is a region rich in history and tradition, where agriculture has always played a central role.
Our estate covers 63 hectares of fertile land, gradually built up over the years.
The olive grove now boasts around 4250 trees, divided among a variety of varieties carefully selected for their adaptation to the local climate and their taste quality.
Around 200 of these are ancient olive trees, living witnesses to the region’s history.
These venerable trees, mainly ancient Sabines, continue to produce olives of exceptional quality.
We have also planted young trees to ensure the sustainability of our production.

We are members of the local cooperative and work closely with the “Oliu di Corsica” union to guarantee the quality of our PDO olive oil.
Our production, though modest, is recognized for its authenticity.

Our PDO olive oil, extracted from the new generation of olive trees, embodies the ancestral know-how that we carefully perpetuate.
We also offer an olive oil from old olive trees, characterized by its unique aromatic richness.
Our products don’t stop there: we also make artisanal soaps, tasty table olives, intensely flavored tapenades, and jams made from the sun-drenched fruit of our orchard.

Noëlie is a small house on our farm dedicated to welcoming visitors.
Here you’ll find cold drinks, snacks, a selection of wines from our farm, as well as basic necessities and local items from our farm.
The setting, beside a pond, offers a pleasant space in which to relax and enjoy the natural environment.

It’s in this modern mill, located two kilometers from the estate, that our oil is pressed between November and February.
The miller opens his doors to you for a guided tour of the mill and a tasting session every Sunday from 14:30 to 17:00.
You can also buy our oil and other products from our production (soaps, tapenades, table olives).
